Call the office of Conferences and Events if you need to...

Book space on campus for weekly meetings or single events
Arrange food service for an event on campus
Arrange media requests for an event on campus
Arrange for wooden sidewalk easels, or easels and paper for events
Book club/organizations/vendor space in the Student Center
Book buildings for small or large scale summer events
