Residence Life Housing Options
Each of the nine residence halls houses 80-140 students, and each is a little different from the others. Maybe you would like to be in a healthy living hall (Stone Hall) or a scholar area in Scott North or Lockwood. Or perhaps you would enjoy Frances Allen Black Hall, a “green” hall with a suite-style layout. How about living in a “pod” in Purington or Mallett Halls? “Pods” are made up of students who have similar interests, such as community service and leadership, integrative studies, outdoor recreation, or teaching.
In compliance with federal and state regulations, reasonable accommodations are provided to qualified students with disabilities. Students seeking an accommodation must contact Claire Nelson, Coordinator of Academic Services for Students with Disabilities (207-778-7295). In situations where need is not apparent, students will be asked to provide medical documentation supporting their request.
