Specialty Floor Communities

Quiet Communities

Students living on a designated quiet must sign an additional contract agreeing to abide by floor guidelines which include extended quiet hours communities.

• Lockwood basement
• 3rd Scott North basement (co-ed)
• Apartment 101 Scott South
• Scott South basement

Scholar Communities

Students who had a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average during the 2007 fall semester are eligible to live in the scholar communities. There is a community specific contract for this community to insure the academic environment of the floor is maintained.
